Reset counter epson pp 100 not working

I am having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson PP 100 printer. I have tried following the instructions online, but it is still not working. Has anyone encountered this issue before and found a solution? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
